| Summary |
|
Almost everything is ready for Eva and Rico’s upcoming wedding. The only person who still can’t bear the idea is obviously Vincenzo. All hope for him seems to be lost until he comes across some information that proves Rico is actually a crook and the one responsible for the bankruptcy of Eva’s company and her social service sentence. Obviously the news breaks off the wedding, but Vincenzo must still prove that he truly loves Eva…Even Reuter has trouble admitting an inconvenient truth…he is in love with Chiara. Panic-stricken and unable to make an honest decision, he leaves Chiara and takes off for Berlin all alone. Giorgio will help the chef understand and accept his own feelings and tell Chiara how he feels.
Giorgio, instead, must deal with Manuela. After their kiss, she tries to find the courage to tell him she likes him. At the end of the episode, Manuela is about to leave for Naples where she has to take an exam and Giorgio goes to say goodbye…they leave each other with a soft kiss, maybe a promise that they will be together in the future. The mystery linked to Natasha’s son dominates the entire episode. the man with the two different colored eyes visits the Martinolis and tells them about the incident with Pietro and the midwife. He is convinced they are dead (and so does Natasha at first). Now Pietro is even more convinced he is on the right track and the midwife decides to testify. Everything seems to be moving in the right direction, even when the Martinoli’s agree to the DNA test on the child. But the test is sabotaged and the results are negative. Pietro knows the moment of truth has arrived and after a dangerous chase and dual with the man with the two different colored eyes, who meanwhile has kidnapped Natasha and the child, he manages to save them and delivers Eugenij to his real mother.
At the end of the episode, Pietro leaves his beloved mountains for Nepal.

Pietro ist es gelungen sowohl sich als auch Caterina und deren Tochter noch vor der Explosion aus dem zerstörten Auto zu befreien. Der Killer hat sein Ziel also verfehlt und Caterina ist mehr denn je entschlossen bei der Polizei auszusagen. Mit dieser Aussage gelingt es dem Kommissar schließlich die Staatsanwältin dazu zu bringen einen DNA-Test des Jungen anzuordnen. Nun könnte man meinen, dass damit alles in Ordnung wäre doch weit gefehlt! Der DNA-Test wird nämlich durch eine bestochene Krankenschwester manipuliert und liefert daher als Ergebnis, dass Frau Martinoli die echte Mutter von Eugenj ist. Noch dazu ist Natasha dumm genug im Hause der Martinolis zu bleiben, wo sie sich erst durch ein ukrainisches Kinderlied gegenüber Frau Martinoli fast verrät und wo sie schließlich auch auf dem Killer trifft, der sie prompt wieder erkennt und fortan gefangen hält. Pietro ahnt das etwas nicht stimmt, kann sich aber aus unerfindlichen nicht dazu durchringen das Haus der Martinolis zu stürmen. Die Polizei selbst ist unerklärlicherweise sogar noch desinteressierter und greift erst am nächsten Tag ein, als Huber die bestochene Krankenschwester überführt hat. Da ist es aber natürlich längst zu spät, denn der Killer und die Martinolis sind samt Natasha längst über alle Berge. Als Frau Martinoli aber klar wird, dass Natasha als Zeugin sterben muss, bekommt sie ein schlechtes Gewissen und gibt Natasha die Chance Pietro zu verständigen. Dieser kommt natürlich gerade noch rechtzeitig angeritten und kann mit Tommaso und Roccia Natasha und das Kind retten. Der Killer kann kurz noch entkommen, flüchtet aber dummerweise in die Berge, wo Pietro ihn mit Hilfe eines Hubschraubers natürlich ausfindig macht. Auf einem Hochplateau kommt es schließlich zum finalen Duell, wo Pietro seinem Widersacher in bester Westernmanier natürlich keine Chance lässt. Damit ist die Gefahr für Natasha und ihren Sohn gebannt und sie kann gemeinsam mit Tommaso endlich in eine schöne Zukunft blicken.
Eine schöne Zukunft wünscht sich auch der Kommissar, am Liebsten natürlich mit Eva. Blöd, dass diese gerade dabei ist ihren Verlobten Rico zu heiraten. Für Vincenzo bleibt da erst einmal nur die Aufgabe sich auf dem Junggesellenabschied Evas um eine ganze Reihe betrunkener Topmodels zu kümmern. Den Mut Eva seine Liebe zu gestehen kann Vincenzo auch jetzt noch nicht aufbringen, aber das ist auch gar nicht nötig um seinen Widersacher auszuschalten. Vincenzo hat nämlich noch immer die unterschlagenen Papiere zur Legalisierung der Hochzeit und findet darin den Hinweis, dass Rico Eva schon seit Jahren um ihr Geld betrügt. Nachdem der Kommissar dies publikumswirksam Eva und der versammelten Presse erklärt hat, sind die Hochzeitspläne natürlich vom Tisch und der Weg für den Kommissar endlich frei. Nachdem daraufhin folgenden befreienden Kuss könnte man meinen, dass das Happy End nah ist, doch ganz so einfach ist es dann doch nicht, denn der Kommissar lässt sich erst noch von Evas Mutter einreden, dass er für ein Leben mit einem Top-Model doch gar nicht geschaffen ist, was dieser dann auch Eva erklärt. So muss erst Huber den Kommissar gehörig den Kopf waschen, bevor der dieser es Dank Pietro gerade noch rechtzeitig zu einer Pressekonferenz schafft, wo er als Reporter einer Koala-Zeitschrift schließlich Eva seine Liebe gesteht. Notting Hill lässt grüßen.
Nachdem Natasha und Tommaso und der Kommissar und Eva nun schon zueinander gefunden haben, wollen die beiden anderen Paare dem natürlich in nichts nachstehen. Bei Chiara und Karl Reuter ist im Grunde alles klar, doch dann bekommt Reuter kalte Füsse, weil er sich einfach nicht eingestehen möchte, dass er sich in Chiara verliebt hat. Stattdessen wiegelt er ab und verletzt damit Chiara sehr. Sie sucht Trost bei Giorgio und findet diesen auch, aber zwischen den Beiden verläuft mittlerweile alles nur noch auf freundschaftlicher Ebene. Reuter ist schon im Auto auf dem Weg nach Berlin als er seinen Fehler bemerkt. Er kehrt um, bittet Chiara um Verzeihung und alles ist paletti. Giorgio hat unterdessen auch keinen Grund betrübt zu sein, denn er hat ja Manuela. Diese reist zwar am Ende der Folge wieder zurück nach Neapel, doch es ist klar, dass sich auch hier ein neues Paar gefunden hat.
So steht am Ende Pietro alleine ohne große Liebe da. Aber nach dem Tod seiner Frau sind die Berge ohnehin seine einzige große Liebe. Und da verwundert es nicht, dass er sich am Ende aufmacht Südtirol in Richtung Nepal zu verlassen, wo es doch in den Bergen Nepals gewesen ist, wo er seiner Frau damals den Heiratsantrag gemacht hat. Und so dreht Pietro am Ende in einem kleinen Flugzeug noch einmal eine Abschiedsrunde über seine Hütte am See und entschwindet dann über die Berge Südtirols in die Ferne.
Die Folge endet mit eingeblendeten Dankesworten von Terence Hill. Diese bedeuten übersetzt: "Wenn ich in den Himmel schaue, erinnere ich mich an alle, die uns mit großer Zuneigung verfolgt haben. Ihr seid die Stars. Danke, Terence Hill"
Es handelt sich bei dieser Episode um die ursprünglich 18. und somit letzte Folge der dritten Staffel der Serie Die Bergpolizei - Ganz nah am Himmel. In Deutschland wurde die Folge getrennt und auf zwei Episoden aufgeteilt. Hier sind es die Episoden 19. und 20. Durchgehend gezählt ist es im Original die Folge 44, in Deutschland Dank der Trennung von vier Episoden mit Spielfilmlänge die Folgen 47 und 48. Der von Terence Hill gespielte Förster Pietro verlässt am Ende dieser Folge Südtirol, was gleichzeitig den Abschied Terence Hills aus der Serie bedeutet. Die Serie selbst wird auch Hill fortgesetzt.

Pietro megtalálja Caterinát, a szülésznőt, és meggyőzi, hogy tanúskodjon Martinoliék ellen, ám hazafelé menet valaki letaszítja az útról a kocsiját, ami felrobban és kiég. Eva az esküvőre készül, közben megkapja a vágyott munkát és vele az egymillió eurós szerződést. Három barátnőjét Vincenzóra bízza, aki nagy nehézségek árán teljesíti a feladatot. Reuter nem tud mit kezdeni a közte és Chiara közt kialakult helyzettel, azt a megoldást választja, hogy felmond Chiarának. Natasha tovább bébiszitterkedik Martinoliéknál, de az asszony gyanút fog és amikor az ügyésznő elrendeli a DNS vizsgálatot, a helyzet halálosan komolyra fordul. Vincenzo kideríti, hogy Rico a saját svájci bankszámlájára utalgatja az Eva cége által kiállított hamis számlákra befolyt pénzeket.
Vincenzo felfedi Rico üzelmeit, melyekkel Eva jó hírnevét, sőt szabadságát is veszélybe sodorta a leendő férj. Eva azonnal szakít Rico-val, és csalódottságában elhatározza, hogy visszamegy Amerikába. Mindezt megbeszéli Vincenzóval, aki tétova kísérletet tesz, hogy eltérítse szándékától a lányt. Közben Natashának nyoma vész. Elrablója tartja fogva, aki a Martinoli házaspárt is arra kényszeríti, hogy szökjenek el Natasha kisfiával együtt. A rendőrség és az erdészek a nyomukba erednek. Reuter Berlin felé tart, hogy ott elfoglalja új állását. Természetesen egyedül indul útnak, ám a szíve továbbra is Chiarához húzza. Giorgio is búcsút vesz Manuelától, vajon lesz-e folytatása kapcsolatuknak, találkoznak-e még valaha? Miközben San Candido-ban bonyolódnak az emberi kapcsolatok, Pietro hosszú útra kel… |

| È quasi tutto pronto per l’imminente matrimonio tra Eva e Rico. L’unico che ancora non riesce a sopportare l’idea è ovviamente Vincenzo. Nel frattempo, anche Reuter ha difficoltà ad ammettere una verità per lui scomoda: si è innamorato di Chiara. Giorgio, invece, è alle prese con Manuela: dopo il loro bacio, la ragazza cerca il coraggio di dirgli che le piace. L’uomo bicolore, in visita a casa Martinoli, riconosce Natasha: la ragazza è in grave pericolo. |
