Das Lied wurde sehr wahrscheinlich 1983 für "Cinderella '80" geschrieben. Im Film und auch auf der Soundtrack-CD dazu, singt Bonnie Bianco den Song. 1984 wurde er dann in einer verlängerten Version mit einer echten zweiten Strophe von den Oliver Onions selbst gesungen und als Single veröffentlicht. Die instrumentale Version des Songs befindet sich zudem auf dem Soundtrack zur Serie "Big Man".
Bei Bonnie Bianco sind die ersten Zeilen etwas anderes, da sie von sich selbst im Singular singt. Daher heißt es dort: "Now I wanna tell you, that my papa's pizza is right the best in town". Die Onions haben dies auf sich geändert und singen diese Zeilen im Plural. Außerdem singt Bianco in ihrer Version die erste Strophe doppelt, während die Onions eine echte zweite Strophe singen.
