Since 2007 there also is a Bud Spencer and Terence Hill Festival in Hungary. In contrast to the German counterpart, the Hungarian festival takes place under the open sky in the middle of summer. The venue is a campsite in the small town of Ceglèd. Here there is a festival tent for the film screenings and the evening concert. Most activities will take place under open air.

This year the festival takes place from July 12 to July 15th. It starts on Thursday with a little warm up. The main events are Friday and Saturday. In addition to various film screenings, there will be various competitions with connection to the movies throughout the day. Classics like the beer and sausage contest and a costume award will not be missed and in addition, there are also will be a synchronized contest, Spencer / Hill karaoke, quizzes, guess the scene games and much more. On Saturday, there are will be the obligatory beans with onions and in the evening there is the highlight with the concert of the Spencer Hill Magic Band. To conclude, there will be some more games and competitions on Sunday morning, before the festival will be finished around midday.

The campsite, on which the festival will be held is called Cegléd Spa and Leisure Center. It is located in Ceglèd, a small town about 70 kilometers southeast from Budapest. The exact address is as follows:

The town is easily accessible due to its proximity to the M5 motorway. Travellers from Germany can get to the place the quickest by taking the M1 from the border to Budapest and then, just before reaching Budapest, take the M0 ring road to the M5 in the direction of Kecskemét / Szeged. At exit 44, take road 405 in the direction of Szolnok. A short time later you reach Ceglèd.

Ticket sales have not yet started and the prices for this year's participation are not yet known.
